Capgemini has appointed Douglas Regan as head of service lines for A/NZ.

He joins the company from IBM, where he was responsible for managing relationships and deliveries for major clients in Australia including Telstra, Optus and Qantas.

His extensive experience in complex program delivery and transformation will allow Regan to equipped for the new role.

Capgemini chief executive A/NZ, Nicolas Aidoud, said, Regan will be key to driving growth across the company’s service lines.

“We are excited to welcome Douglas to the Capgemini team, particularly at a time as we steer into a new direction of transformation and growth. Douglas is a seasoned business leader with more than 20 years experience in consulting, complex delivery, IT operations and systems management.”

Regan said the Australia market is constantly evolving with new and innovative technologies and it is Capgemini’s job to continually hone in its expertise in various sector areas and create new opportunities for clients.

“I am excited to join Nicolas and the high-performing Capgemini team to deliver some great work in consulting, technology and outsourcing,” he added.
