Integrated accounting, payroll and payment system provider, Sage, has partnered with Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud provider, Fairsail.
As part of the companies collaboration, Fairsail will become the Cloud HCM platform of choice to complement Sage’s X3 Business Management Solution to serve mid-size enterprise globally.
When combined, the Sage X3 and Fairsail products will work to equip companies with better processes to manage financials, supply chain, payroll, workforce and talent management, all within the Cloud.
Sage said it is also implementing the Fairsail solution internally as its global core HCM solution while also taking a seat on the Fairsail board and making a "minority investment" within the business.
“As part of our ever expanding network of partnerships and alliances, we are very excited to further develop our relationship with Fairsail," Sage executive vice president of partnerships and alliances, Alan Laing, said.
"We are committed to providing customers with the solutions they need to compete and grow in today’s global, digital economy.
"This complementary powerhouse of business management and HCM solutions will enable our customers to gain a competitive advantage."
Sage has also revealed its interim FY16 fiscal results, which showed an improved organic revenue growth to 6.2 per cent globally to £747 million.
Within the Australian market, Laing said that momentum is maintained with a 100 per cent increase in Sage One subscriptions - in Australia, it added more than 1000 units in its peak month since launch.
In addition, the company's Australian organic revenue grew seven per cent for the first half of 2016, ahead of the five per cent progress it made the same time last year.
"The Fairsail cloud HR solution brings significant benefits to customer quickly, enabling businesses to remain agile and responsive," Fairsail chief executive, Adam Hale added.
"This investment will allow us to grow our customer success, product innovation and our fabulous team globally.”
