Riverbed recognises top-performing partners

2016 Riverbed partner awards recognise companies for excellence

Application performance infrastructure company, Riverbed Technology, has recognised the efforts of its top-performing partners globally at its 2016 Riverbed Partner Summit in Arizona.

The Riverbed Partner Awards recognise partners whose achievements impact Riverbed's business on both a global and regional basis. Partners were nominated and reviewed by a panel of the company’s worldwide sales leadership.

Dimension Data nabbed the global partner of the year award, while Arrow and AT&T won the global distributor of the year and global portfolio partner of the year awards respectively.

BT nabbed the Asia-Pacific and Japan growth partner of the year, while Telekom Malaysia/VADS Berhad won Asia-Pacific and Japan portfolio growth partner of the year.

BT Cloud Connect was the Riverbed president’s choice award winner.

Other award winners include: Presidio, which took home the Americas growth partner of the year award, Blue Ally, with the Americas portfolio growth partner of the year award, and Telonic GmbH, which won both the EMEA growth partner of the year and EMEA portfolio growth partner of the year awards.

Riverbed global channels senior vice-president, Karl Meulema, said partners are more important than ever to Riverbed’s growth and expansion into new markets during the digital transformation that is rapidly changing the global business landscape.

As such, recognising its top performing partners was a natural fit for the company.
