Employee experience technology company, REFFIND (ASX:RFN), has launched Educate and Australian celebrity chef, Neil Perry, is the first client to roll-out the solution.
As part of the REFFIND platform, Educate is designed to provide a fast way to communicate with staff and new employees by enabling short-form video information delivery to employees via their smartphones.
Neil Perry has leveraged the solution within his restaurant, Burger Project as he said that regular training is an important factor in maintaining the restaurant’s high standards.
According to the company, Burger Project staff can conduct all initial training on their smartphones with a follow-up survey that is designed to ensure all content was understood.
Additionally, information about new products or processes can be communicated to existing employees across the entire organisation.
Perry added that the tool is especially valuable as Burger Project works on its goal to expand from two to over 50 outlets within the next couple of years.
“We were looking for a solution that was modern and new, which would appeal to the demographic of our staff and be readily accessible to them. With REFFIND Educate, we can make sure new employees know how to perform tasks according to the policies, processes and systems that have been put in place to maintain our high quality standards,” he said.
REFFIND co-founder and managing director, Jamie Pride, said, “We’re pleased to see how Educate is effectively bringing the trainer to the learner and helping to make Burger Project staff training as easy, convenient, and efficient as possible. It’s also great to know that the Educate application will be able to help Burger Project with its future expansion goals.”
