Acterna's Global Service Solutions Division Launches VoIP Training and Other Educational Programs in Asia Pacific - Series of 'Education Course Flows' Builds on Acterna's Robust Suite of Services

<p>Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and Hong Kong: Monday, December 6 2004 – Acterna’s Global Service Solutions division has introduced a series of Education Course Flows to prepare, educate and train network operators focused on the deployment of advanced new services, such as voice over IP (VoIP). The Education Course Flows are delivered by Acterna professionals with a deep understanding of the methodologies and techniques that can help network operators accelerate deployment of new services and increase reliability and quality. The Education Course Flows are immediately available in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia.</p>

<p>According to industry sources, VoIP traffic is expected to more than double from 30 billion minutes this year to 80 billion by 2007.</p>
