Takeover aims to accelerate delivery of next-generation SD-WAN solutions

Application performance infrastructure company, Riverbed Technology, has acquired oftware-defined networking and SD-WAN solution provider, Ocedo.

The acquisition of the German company aims to accelerate Riverbed’s strategy to deliver next-generation software-defined networking solutions for hybrid enterprises.

The company claimed the purchase will also create growth opportunities for the company and its partners.
