There are countless women in the channel who epitomise the ‘entrepreneurial’ spirit and have achieved outstanding results in the ICT industry - and ARN wants to recognise them at the 5th annual Women in ICT Awards (WIICTA).
The entrepreneurial award aims to recognise women who have achieved success through risk-taking initiatives, either hatched a new business unit, a new initiative, a special project or a new application of existing technology.
And the entrepreneur award is just one of seven categories, including Shining Star; Innovation; Achievement; Community; Technical; and Rising Star.
With the deadline fast approaching for the highly anticipated awards, which recognise the professional achievements of women in the ICT channel, it is time to stand up and be noticed.
The nominations for the seven awards run until October 23, 2015. Nominations can be submitted for a colleague, by an employee, employer, business partner or for yourself.
To nominate, simply click on the award link located on this page (http://www.arnnet.com.au/womeninict/nominations/) and make sure you meet the two or three criteria listed for each award. Please limit your response to a maximum of 450 words per question.
The winners will be announced on November 19 at a Celebration Lunch at the Ivy Ballroom in Sydney.
