Business management software company, WorkForce Software, has made three new executive appointments to carry out its plans for future growth.

Mike Morini is to head as chief executive, while Denise Broady has been appointed as chief marketing officer and Peter Jackson as vice-president of Cloud services. Co-founder and former chief executive, Kevin Choksi, is to transition to the role of chief strategy officer after having led the company for sixteen years.

Morini was SAP’s global chief operating officer for Cloud go-to market strategy from 2012 to 2014, before he became chief executive and president of mobile app platform company, KidoZen. Most recently, he worked in a part-time role as operating partner at Catalyst Investors.

“With our ability to provide real-time insights and tailored solutions across key industries and our new strategic partnership with SAP, we are ideally positioned to continue to maximise our market opportunity and tremendous growth,” he said.

WorkForce Software said the appointment of Broady was to reach the company’s goals of market expansion. Most recently, she was the chief operating officer of industry Cloud at SAP where she oversaw marketing, communications, enablement, operations and go-to market strategy.

As for Jackson, he has been added to the company to expand Cloud infrastructure investments. He has had 25 years of assisting technology companies design, build and operate datacentres, software and Cloud-based solutions.

Most recently, he spent five years at Kabam, a Silicon Valley gaming firm. In this role, he assisted the firm in scaling its operations to support datacentres around the world.

Choksi said demand for the workforce management solution is growing faster than anticipated.

“I’m very excited for the opportunity to work more directly with our product development and client services teams, focusing on our long-term strategy of bringing WorkForce Software solutions to more customers around the globe,” he added.
