Employee experience technology company, REFFIND (ASX:RFN), has appointed former UXC Connect marketing specialist, Stacey Beer, as its marketing director. Beer held the position at UXC Connect for more than two years before taking on this new role.
Among Beer’s responsibilities for REFFIND will be management of all core marketing programs, including demand generation, advertising, email campaigns, webinars, telemarketing programs, social media, tradeshows, events and public relations.
REFFIND Asia-Pacific vice-president, Nick Hillier, said Beer’s newly created role will be pivotal in helping clients create amazing employee experiences through innovative, engaging and effective communications.
Hillier claimed that as the company aggressively pursues its global expansion plans, the marketing function and more specifically its digital presence will be critical to its success.
“Stacey’s experience in delivering a marketing strategy across multiple channels in the ICT sector made her the standout candidate for this role. She has proven an ability to deliver tangible results and a substantial return on investment within the companies she’s worked for,” he said.
Beer’s career spans 20 years across the ICT industry.
Prior to working at UXC Connect, Beer was the director of marketing at wholly owned Optus subsidiary, Alphawest. She was in this role for almost two years. She also was in a number of other roles within the company before she was promoted to director of marketing.
Beer also served the company as its national engineering manager of projects and implementation and as its channel marketing manager before that. In total, she spent eight years within this company.
Some of Beer’s other stints include working at Telstra, Lucent Technologies, and Singtel Optus.
