Cloud-based communications company, xMatters, has launched a new global partner program. The company said, in a statement, that the new program aims to build a worldwide ecosystem of partners to advance its intelligent communications platform for today’s modern, always-connected enterprise.
The xMatters’ global partner program is said to provide significant revenue opportunities and profitability for partners by giving them exclusive access to dedicated xMatters sales and marketing programs and resources.
xMatters also recognises sales success by providing higher margins through the xCelebrate Program.
Other program benefits include pre- and post-sales support; certified sales and technical enablement training; access to xMatters solutions for testing and evaluation; as well as market development funds and other sales and marketing resources.
This news follows xMatters’ recent announcement of continued company growth and new appointments to its business.
xMatters vice-president of corporate and global business development, Mike Desai, said the xMatters global partner program provides significant revenue opportunities and profitability for partners by giving them exclusive access to dedicated xMatters sales and marketing programs and resources.
“Whether it’s a large global ISV, a telecommunications partner company in Asia, or a new startup, the market for intelligent communications is ripe with the opportunity to help businesses optimise their collaboration and workflow around any business process,” Desai said.
Desai also indicated its 200 integrations and partnerships, which includes BMC Software, HCL Technologies, and Whitlock, will be included into the program.
He claimed resellers, along with implementation and referral partners working with xMatters, are on the forefront of the marriage of IT and Cloud communications.
“The quality and quantity of partners in our global partner program is a testament to the strong demand spanning industries and geographies for real-time, interactive and automated communications across the enterprise.
“Together, partners and the xMatters team help customers reap value from monitoring systems, process acceleration, IT operations, the Internet of Things and operational intelligence,” he added.
