Enterprise software solutions company, Cincom Systems Australia, has promoted Graeme King as the business’ new A/NZ country manager. The role will see King responsible for the planning, management and profitability of Cincom's operations across the A/NZ region.
The announcement follows King’s Australian predecessor, Greg Mills’ appointment as Cincom vice-president of international sales, services and corporate operations.
King said, in this role, he is looking forward to positioning the company towards success in its transition into an indirect sales model and supporting the Global Independent Software Vendor (GISV) initiative with Microsoft.
Since becoming a Microsoft Dynamics GISV, Cincom has been undergoing a business transformation aimed at increasing the company’s ability to be more agile and scalable.
“Graeme is a results-oriented individual, with a depth of experience in business management, sales, strategy and planning, channel management, execution and negotiation. I am confident he will serve Cincom, our A/NZ team and our customers well with his leadership style and in-depth industry knowledge,” Mills said.
King joined Cincom Australia in 2005 and has since been holding various positions in the company including roles ranging from services manager, pre-sales, business development manager and state manager.
He has also held various roles, in his 30 years in the industry, within the enterprise IT space at ASTEA and IFS. Earlier in his career, he was responsible for establishing a company to distribute ASTEA International’s enterprise software servicing the ASEAN countries from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
