Enterprise content management services provider, Stonebridge Systems has appointed former M&C Saatchi Group operations director, Marc van den Berg, as its new head of digital.
He takes over from Cassandra Read-Hamilton who has been promoted to the newly created position of professional services manager A/NZ, with responsibility for all solutions delivery across the business’ ECM and digital practices.
The leadership changes formulate part of Stonebridge’s growth plan following its acquisition by Konica Minolta Business Solutions Australia in April.
Van den Berg will be responsible for developing Stonebridge’s digital capabilities, especially in the areas of strategy and UX consulting, building upon its technical services currently provided to top tier clients including Bupa and Australia Post.
“With increased activity post-acquisition we knew we’d have to restructure and these are among the first as we ramp up our growth efforts. Under the banner of Konica Minolta’s Managed Content Services division, Stonebridge plans to be a force in the digital space,” Stonebridge Systems director, Craig Broadbent, said. “Marc brings considerable expertise and experience and he’ll help us get there.”
Van den Berg maintains more than 15 years experience in creating digital strategies and leading digital transformation initiatives. At M&C Saatchi, he was responsible for building and managing the company’s digital, innovation and technical delivery teams across Australia, while leading the internal transformation of the businesses operations involving people, process, platforms and tools. He previously worked with Ogilvy and Mather and OgilvyOne.
