Cloud performance management (CPM) and business intelligence (BI) company, Adaptive Insights, has appointed Fintan Diviney as its new A/NZ area vice-president.
In this newly created role, Diviney will head the company in growing its customer success and driving expansion within the region.
According to Adaptive Insights chairman and founder, Rob Hull, the new role was created to spearhead the company’s expansion and exponential growth within the local region.
“A/NZ is quickly becoming one of our most progressive, exciting markets and Fintan joins us at a time of unprecedented growth. We are excited to have him on board and look forward to his support in cementing our position as a leader in cloud based financial planning software,” Hull said.
Diviney has more than 20 years’ worth of industry experience, joining Adaptive Insights after most recently serving as the general manager of Oracle’s business analytics division. Here, he was responsible for leading sales in A/NZ for Oracle’s CPM and BI solutions.
Prior to Oracle, Diviney held a number of leadership and management roles at legacy CPM vendor, Hyperion. His positions spanned across key industry verticals including sales, channel sales, alliances and professional services.
He also has held a number of roles at consulting firms including IBM.
Diviney claimed his experience in business development and sales, along with his knowledge of the CPM and BI spaces will help him in his new role at Adaptive Insights.
“Adaptive Insights aims to revolutionise the CPM marketplace with its customer satisfaction ratings and SaaS solutions. I’m excited to work for this vendor in the Cloud based financial planning field and aim to drive Adaptive’s success further across A/NZ,” he added.
