Southern Cross Computer Systems stepped up its service offerings through launching its Device as-a-Service (DaaS) to the market.
Southern Cross DaaS is a provisioning model for the supply, support and maintenance of end user devices, operating systems and corporate applications with roam anywhere remote access capability.
Southern Cross executive director, Mark Kalmus, said DaaS was its first suite of as-a-service offerings with storage and security as-a-service to come along in the next few months.
Offered as a flexible package and a pay-as-you-go model, the client can tailor a solution to best meet their commercial and quality of service needs.
“By providing a complete end-to-end solution, we can simplify the complex requirement for maintaining a productive end user device, whilst enabling it to be consumed in a ‘pay-as-you-go’ model,” Southern Cross executive director, Mark Kalmus, said.
“Due to our long term practical experience, large scale warehouse/logistics centre and local custom-designed configuration facility, we are able to provide highly flexible and value for money offerings.”
The services would be attractive for companies with more than 50 seats up to 3000/4000 seats, Kalmus told ARN.
"We have four layers of servcies; basic, standard, premium and platinum level. There are different services that customers can pick and choose from to get the what they require," he said.
