Epson Australia has partnered with device and print management solutions provider, Print Audit Australasia, to expand on its managed print services portfolio.
In particular, the deal will apply to the entire line of Epson WorkForce Pro and Replaceable Ink Pack System (RIPS) enabled commercial printers.
The company claimed, in a statement, that the partnership enables IT network professionals to utilise Print Audit Australasia’s tools that are designed to automate supplies and services management for a more streamlined approach to data management.
Epson Australia business division general manager, Craig Heckenberg, said that with an increasing number of companies turning to Managed Print Services (MPS) to manage costs and increase productivity, its intention was to broaden its portfolio and meet its customers’ evolving needs.
He added that the joint effort between Epson and Print Audit Australasia will allow both companies to offer customers and resellers MPS support services that equate to simplified data collection for printing costs and activities.
“Advantages to this partnership include automation for supplies and service management; increased profitability and alert systems for increased control and management.”
Print Audit Australasia director, Barry Mortimer, said this partnership allows resellers to provide an enhanced level of service through a cost efficient platform.
“Print Audit Australasia is dedicated to providing customers with a streamlined yet robust MPS solution and certification with Epson WorkForce Pro printers underscores that commitment,” he added.
