Regional integrator KNET Technology has reinforced its position as a provider of Apple, Acer, Optima and ASI solutions in NSW’s central west through its acquisition of fellow service provider, Pure Logic.
Dubbo-based KNET will pick up about 100 business customers in the township of Orange and its surrounds through the merger.
KNET CEO, Joe Knagge, declined to specify how much the company paid for the Pure Logic business and brand name. He did say that it was a clean cash buyout rather than a share swap.
Pure Logic’s former managing director, Val Myott, will remain onboard as sales manager. The majority of Pure Logic's staff will also stay.
Knagge said that to ensure continuity for customers, the business would continue to operate under the Pure Logic banner and would be migrated over time to the KNET brand.
