We’re very strong with the Fortune 500 companies, but the SME and SMB space is a place that we’d like to grow heavily with the channel.
Key technology trends?
The ability for video on any type of device, and being able to link to any type of video. For example, the ability for a telepresence device to connect to a mobile phone via video is going to be very significant in 2015 and it’s an area that we’re focusing on as well. Australia is now ready for VoIP and we’re starting to see a lot of that technology come to fruition.
Key message to the channel?
I believe there’s a lot of opportunities in the channel and to be successful they have to be capable in delivering what they’ve promised.
Key warning for the channel?
Don’t just jump in because it looks like there’s an opportunity. You need to make sure you have the right customer base, sales methodology and make sure that you’re open and transparent to make sure you’re successful.
Key to Intercall’s success this year?
For me it’s about continued growth and educating customers on what collaboration services can really do for their productivity, it’s critical.
