The channel must incorporate business transformation within their offerings, in particular within the digital sphere which is the next technology wave. This is where resellers will differentiate themselves from their competitors, and like anything, the early adopters will benefit from such a strategy.

Any technology that expedites the digital transformation currently under way in most organisations will be successful. Unfortunately, many Australian organisations are lagging in transforming their business for the new wave of customer experience expectations as part of their digital business future. Having said this there is also a lack of initiative in my opinion within the channel to bring these services to the customers.
3. Key message to the channel for 2015
Continue investing in Cloud technologies, branch out from traditional technologies and look to innovative companies. Put simply, the leaders of the past 10 years will not be the leaders of tomorrow. We have seen many larger companies’ demise from not adapting to the changing business landscape which is ever changing at rapid speed.
4. Key warning to the channel for 2015
The channel must continue to remodel their businesses to coincide with the technology shifts. We are seeing far too many businesses going into receivership with the inability to innovate being a key contributing factor. Business strategies that made sense last year, do not and likely will not make sense this year. The pace is intense.

We will continue our efforts in going to the large enterprise and gaining market share within the top 200 within A/NZ and to help our customers with their digital strategies. Within the UC market which we are increasing our capabilities, standby for some exciting technological and economical differentiators. We have always been a pacesetter and we will be innovating in the UC space.
