Brightcove promotes APAC VP to global role

Sydney-based, Mark Blair, will step into APAC VP role

Video Cloud firm Brightcove has promoted former Asia Pacific vice president, Dennis Rose, to a global role.

Rose will now act as global senior vice president, while Sydney based, Mark Blair, will step into the role of vice president of Asia.

Rose will be based in the company's Boston headquarters.

Brightcove powers video in Australia and around the world (both brands using the technology for marketing and media companies using it for catch-up services, smart TV apps, web streaming, and more).

Brightcove's Australian customers include Yahoo!7, Nine Network, Michael Hill and V8 Supercars.

Brightcove will hold its annual PLAY conference on May 4 in Boston.
