Melbourne integrator, Evolution Business Systems, has overhauled Victoria's ageing financial software with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
According to a company statement, EBS deployed the software, on time and under budget, during the final quarter of 2014.
With growing demand for its services, Film Victoria decided to refresh its funding programs, which meant upgrading its ageing financial software.
After a detailed evaluation, Film Victoria chose EBS, a Melbourne-based company with extensive experience in deploying the Microsoft Dynamics NAV enterprise management software.
EBS Managing Director, Paul Woods, said integration was a driving factor for Film Victoria’s decision.
“Film Victoria wanted both flexibility in its financial reporting and easy integration with Microsoft CRM to streamline their business processes,” he said.
“Microsoft Dynamics NAV provides Film Victoria with that reporting flexibility and ease of access so they can obtain key financial and funding information when they need it.”
Film Victoria, head of finance and business services, Greg Reeves, said EBS had been very flexible through the development and implementation process.
"Their staff have worked hard to understand and meet our needs, and we are confident we now have a much improved system for funding and financial reporting,” he said.
