Value added reseller, Baseliner, has launched Australian operations following success in Asia with its SAP Cloud solution.
Baseliner, which will be based in Sydney, equips an organisation’s marketing, sales and customer service teams with the SAP Cloud for Customer solutions.
The solutions aligns these teams around its own customers to deliver a relevant experience at every step of a customer’s "journey".
It is an SAP VAR and Service Partner allowing it to sell SAP Cloud for Customer licenses and associated system integration services.
The Australian Baseliner operation is led by David Prior based in Sydney.
Since launching in Kuala Lumpur in 2012, the reseller has delivered fast, simple and competitive solutions underpinned by SAP Cloud for Customer to commercial and government clients across Asia.
According to a company statement, the launch in Australia is in response to a strong pipeline of business and the need to work with customers to leveraging a hybrid onshore and offshore model.
