Unisys lands $4.8M ANAO deal
Unisys has been reappointed by the Australian National Audit Office (ANAO) as its outsource service provider with a new contract worth about $4.8 million over four years. The services giant won the deal through an open tender in which five hopefuls were shortlisted out of 19 companies. According to ANAO, Unisys’ offering represented the best value for money and demonstrated certain benefits such as providing both an external and in-house team. Unisys also had previous experience with the ANAO, which weighed heavily in its favour. As part of the contract, Unisys will provide the ANAO with full infrastructure managed services and support.
