Datacom was selected as a new Interactive Intelligence Elite channel partner due to its in-depth IT services offering, skills and the opportunity to extend its reach in the market. Partners are provided with dedicated channel management, pre-sales, marketing, professional services and post-sales customer support.
The service provider will have access to the entire range of Interactive Intelligence communications portfolio and combine it with its sales, service and support throughout Australia and New Zealand.
