Optus Business has struck an ICT managed services deal with Suncorp Group Limited over seven years.
The financial terms of the deal are confidential.
The whole-of-business agreement will see Optus Business manage Suncorp’s ICT services, including voice, contact centre, data networks, and international and transaction services.
Under the deal, Suncorp will transition its ICT services to Optus’ management over the next two years.
Optus managing director, John Paitaridis, said the company was delighted to secure a new managed services agreement with Suncorp and looked forward to the contribution it could make to Suncorp's business over the next seven years.”

“The new agreement will provide Suncorp with the flexibility to focus on customer experience advancements and drive strategy, innovation and business growth, whilst Optus manage Suncorp’s mission critical network services and ICT environment to provide optimal efficiency and performance,” added Paitaridis.
