US-based software provider, ChannelAdvisor, has opened a new Sydney office.
ChannelAdvisor’s software allows retailers and manufacturers to automate, optimise and analyse their online marketing and sales activities from one central dashboard.
The new location will help service customers in NSW and also opens up opportunities to work closely with strategic partners, eBay and Google, ChannelAdvisor APAC managing director, Mark Gray, said.
It already has an office in Melbourne, which opened in 2007.
“Establishing a physical presence in Sydney comes on the heels of increased interest in our products and services from retailers in NSW,” Gray said.
According to a PayPal study, cross-border e-commerce trade among countries such as Australia, Brazil, China, Germany, UK and US will triple between 2013 and 2018.
