"Participating in this change from an independent market perspective and being able to support our clients in their strategic directions while they make some of their toughest decisions, is a privilege that requires our 120 per cent commitment.

IDC Australia has also appointed a new research director for Telecommunications Australia, Hugh Ujhazy.

He is responsible for supporting all aspects of the telecommunications business in Australia and assisting local and regional clients in their strategic planning and operational execution in the rapidly changing market place.

Prior to IDC, Hugh worked as principle analyst at Current Analysis based in Asia-Pacific. He has also held senior leadership positions with Oracle, HDS and Ericsson across US, Europe and Asia Pacific.
