His previous roles have included, CIO and executive general manager for customer care at Service Stream, ANZ Bank technology executive and Telstra general manager, customers solutions and operations.
According to a company statement, he will take a market-facing role at UXC where he will lead discussions with customers on the management of IT where these may provide benefit to the customer and assist UXC in its go to market efforts.
"Areas of particular specialisation for Mr Wishart include leveraging the power of service oriented cloud-based solutions, harnessing collaboration across organisations for change, identifying opportunities for strengthening mobility capabilities and responding to the challenges of digital disruption facing many organisations," the statement said.
