Myriad IT puts charitable fund in the Cloud

Implements Cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics for the Lord Mayor's Charitable Fund and Web portal

Melbourne-based Microsoft gold partner, Myriad IT, has landed a contract with the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Fund (LMCF) to provide a Cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics solution.

To satisfy LMCF’s requirements, Myriad IT will use Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, hosted in its data centre and connect to Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 as the back-end financial system.

This will provide LMCF with finance, accounting, donations management and tracking; grant management and evaluation; customer relationship management, event management, and in depth reporting.

Last year, LMCF provided about $9.27 million in grants to more than 500 charities.

Myriad IT’s solution also includes a Web portal, allowing donors and clients to manage their own personal information, sign up for events, make donations or submit applications for grants.

“Once implemented, our community focused solution will enable LMCF to quickly achieve ROI through reduced administration. It will also provide a 360 degree view of all aspects of the foundation,” Myriad IT business solutions manager, Paul Griffin, said. “The insight gained will be fed into the development of targeted marketing campaigns as well as LMCF’s strategic decision making process.”
