PeopleSoft rang in the new year by releasing an array of promised employee-management applications, including a number of new modules in its Human Resources Management (HRMS) suite.
Now available are PeopleSoft ePerformance, a tool for tracking employees' progress in meeting established goals; PeopleSoft HelpDesk for Human Resources, intended to aid in resolving HR issues, and PeopleSoft Mobile Time Management, a timesheet application tailored for remote use.
Also in HRMS, PeopleSoft has added country extensions for India, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, the Netherlands and Brazil to its Global Payroll administration software.
PeopleSoft's HRMS portfolio is a subset of its broadening Human Capital Management product line. That line includes two new products also released Monday, PeopleSoft's Enterprise Learning Management training-tracking software and Sales Incentive Management application, which aims at streamlining the process of designing and fulfilling compensation programs for sales employees.
All of the new products are available worldwide. PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management and PeopleSoft Sales Incentive Management are available as stand-alone applications, while the HRMS products all require PeopleSoft's core HRMS software.
PeopleSoft declined to disclose pricing for any of the new applications. The company's "value-based pricing" model adjusts a product's cost to each customer based on a number of factors, such as the customer's size, industry and annual revenue.
