US-based Cloud-based payment, invoice and digital banking provider, Bottomline Technologies, has expanded its Australian presence, opening a new Sydney office.
The new Pyrmont-based office aims to support the needs of its NSW-based customers and partners.
It already has an office in Melbourne, but will be relocating to a space closer to the CBD area and contain an expanded team of technical support, finance, customer relations and sales professionals.
Bottomline Technologies A/NZ general manager, Paul Conway, said its customer base expands across various industries such as mining, manufacturing, FMCG, financial services, healthcare, government and public sector.
Reckitt Benckiser is one of Bottomline’s Sydney-based customers.
“This reinforces their commitment to the region and will help us to roll out more process enhancement initiatives,” Reckitt Benckiser business analyst, Sushen Mathur, said.
