Contact centre solutions provider, Genesys, has revamped it's Asia-Pacific executive team with key appointments in response to growth in the region.
Ravindra Soam has been appointed vice-president of professional services for the Asia Pacific region.
According to a company statement, the former TIBCO and Deloitte employee brings more than 11 years of progressive experience in professional services management and client services positions for mid-sized enterprise software companies with consistent success in surpassing revenue and margin targets.
Melissa Iemmola will also join the company as professional services director for Australia and New Zealand.
Most recently Iemmola was professional services manager at Pronto Software.
Soam said Genesys was the fastest growing focused contact centre technology provider in the market.
“Our professional services organisation is putting our customers at the centre of our business strategy and operations so they can achieve the best business value from their technological investment,” he said.
Genesys APAC managing director, Bruce Eidsvik, said the company's professional services organisation was growing significantly in line with business expansion and would be supporting more and more large scale enterprise engagements in the near future.
“We are delighted to welcome Ravindra and Melissa on board to help drive the market even further.”
Genesys has more than 4500 customers in 80 countries.
