Cloud-based management software firm, Kaseya, has appointed two new veteran channel executives to lead a refresh of its global channel program.
The company has named Roger Hodskins as head of global channels and Andrew Robinson as head of the Europe, Middle East, Asia channel organisation.
Both will focus on growing existing partnerships and developing new ones to extend Kaseya’s reach and strengthen distribution channels worldwide.
The improved partner program includes tiered rewards and incentives for reselling Kaseya solutions, a partner portal, as well as deal registration, lead management capabilities, and community discussion groups.
It also has tailored sales training, marketing materials, and technical documentation that include dedicated sales, pre-sales and support resources
There will be reseller tools for on-boarding new customers, provisioning end-users, offering demos and proof-of-concept assistance, alongside pipeline management and forecasting
Further, there is API integration for easy web programming and access.
Hodskins said the company had now redoubled its efforts to invest in enabling partners and expanding offerings with and through the partner community.
