ASG group chairman, Ron Baxter, is set to resign as part of a board reshuffle as the company pursues an aggressive strategy to realign its business and service offerings.
According to a company statement, the group is now experiencing increasing success with "new world" business segments showing strong growth in contrast to revenue shrinkage in traditional services.
"The group's continuing sales success is driving solid revenue growth for the full FY14 and is expected to underpin further growth in FY15."
The board will now enter a renewal process to appoint a non-executive team to implement a strategy for the next five years.
The reshuffle will also see Trevor O'Hoy step down, to be replaced by Grant Pestell.
Pestell, who has been managing director of legal firm Murcia Pestell Hillard since 2002, will join the group as a non-executive director.
He has experience advising both listed and private companies.
Baxter has indicated he will retire at a suitable time during the renewal process.
In anticipation of this, the board has appointed non-executive director, Ian Campbell, as chairman designate.
The company is now seeking a replacement for Campbell.
