Australian Cloud business, Agresso, has partnered SubZero in a bid to transform the mining machinery support group's business processes.
Agresso will provide its ERP system, Agresso Business World, as part of SubZero's "major business process transformation program".
According to a company statement, the growing ASX-listed company realised it had outgrown its legacy business solutions.
SubZero has a presence in more than 25 coal mines and over 90 clients including Rio Tinto, BHP Billiton and Xstrata.
"With a plan to transform, SubZero Group went to market with the aim of finding an easily deployable, agile business solution which would support growth while offering a rapid deployment model.
Employing more than 400 people, SubZero Group has expanded from its humble beginnings as a supplier of liquid nitrogen into offering a diverse range of maintenance, engineering and staffing services to the mining and resources sector, power generation, engineering and production.
The solution will be delivered from Agresso’s Sydney-based Cloud datacentre via a subscription model.
Agresso chief executive, John Catarinich, said his company felt perfectly matched with SubZero as a business.
"The SubZero Group is clearly a dynamic organisation that wants to implement change and transform rapidly," he said.Read more:Q&A: SAP Luis Murguia on Business One's SME growth boom
