Queensland-based payment integration company Ezidebit has picked Oracle to deliver a Cloud-based marketing system to target its growing customer base.
The payments company will use the Eloqua Marketing Cloud to grow its customer base of more than 20,000 with relevant and timely campaigns, while reducing the cost and complexity of generating sales leads.
Ezidebit was established in 1998 to support Australian small businesses needs for specialised automated direct debit and credit card transactions.
It has since grown to a company with over 20,000 customers representing more than one million users, according to a company statement.
Ezidebit marketing manager, Ryan Brough, said the company needed a tool that could scale effectively to meet needs.
“Oracle Eloqua Marketing Cloud Service provides an unmatched level of flexibility and sophistication while also providing a simple, user-friendly drag and drop interface, freeing us from the need to write code or HTML,” he said.
Oracle APAC director marketing Cloud, Will Griffith, said to be effective in the digital age organisations needed to transform the way they communicated with customers.
