Ethan Group has been awarded Gold Partner status by Cisco, making it one of a handful of local partners to gain the accreditation in Australia.
Chief executive officer at the local Cloud provider, Paul Kawtal, said the partnership status was the result of investing into the relationship with Cisco.
“Cisco complimented our network service capabilities as a service provider, but we have recognised our clients also wanted to enjoy the benefits of a Cisco Gold status partner, so we took the necessary and considerable investment to achieve that accreditation,” he said.
To earn the Gold certification, Ethan Group had to meet the standards set forth by Cisco in the areas of networking competency, service, and support and customer satisfaction.
The service provider also demonstrated expertise across multiple technologies through advanced Cisco specialisations in unified communications, routing and switching, security, and wireless LAN.
Ethan Group joins one of the few Cloud service providers to be accredited as a Gold Partner Australia by Cisco in Australia.
The Cloud provider already gained Cisco’s Managed Services Channel Partner and Cloud Builder Partner nods ahead of the Gold status.
Edison Peres, worldwide channels senior vice-president at Cisco, said Ethan Group stood out for its investment in developing the capability to deliver integrated and customised technology solutions.
“Cisco is committed to providing the tools, training and programs that facilitate partner growth, differentiation and profitability,” he said.
