Infomedia founder steps down after 27 years

Richard Graham founded Informedia in 1987 and has been chairman ever since

Automotive software developer Infomedia's chairman and founder Richard Graham has stepped down after 27 years at the helm.

Graham founded Infomedia in 1987 and has been its chairman since the company’s incorporation in that year.

Fran Hernon will replace him as Chairman, while Graham will remain a non-executive director of the company.

Hernon now serves on the audit, risk and governance committee. She has been with Informedia for 14 years.

Graham said he stepped down in the knowledge that the company had an experienced and strong replacement who would be well supported by a talented, stable executive team.

Hernon thanked Graham for his leadership and unwavering commitment to the company over many years. “The board is grateful that Richard’s experience and expertise will continue to be available to the Company in his capacity as a non-executive director,” she said.
