Synnex Australia has launched a new eCommerce portal designed specifically for its 7000 Australian resellers.
Synnex chief executive, Kee Ong, said the brand new portal, which the company started working on in September 2012, was a result of listening to customer feedback.
“From the concept planning stage through to the end-to-end testing, I’m certain the new eCommerce portal can benefit our customers by upgrading the customer experience level with Synnex,” he said.
The new portal includes personalised content, secure customer login and account management, comprehensive product information and specification, and a comprehensive list of promotions and deals
According to a company statement, it also allows a hassle free transition from the current website to the new Portalk, which will allow Synnex’s 7,000 customers to immediately enjoy all the brand new features.
Ong said customers could use their same login details to continue doing business with Synnex, but with significant improvements on efficiency and user friendliness.
