Forrester Research has named Capgemini as a leader in global business intelligence services in the Asia Pacific region.
Capgemini was among companies Forrester selected to participate in its November 18, 2013 report, “The Forrester Wave: Business Intelligence Service Providers in Asia Pacific, Q4 2013”.
The report assessed 8 top services providers across 53 criteria.
In this evaluation, Capgemini was cited as a “leader” among Business Intelligence Services Providers with Asia Pacific delivery capabilities.
The Forrester report said Capgemini had developed specialised business information management centres in Australia and India.
“Given its limited size, the company has developed a highly focused strategy in each market to bring business relevance to its customers,” the report stated.
“In Australia, the company targets utilities, retail, and financial services organisations, focusing on digital transformation and BI services that cover information strategy, performance optimisation, data warehouse implementation, and data management.
“In China and India, the company focuses on human resources and customer relationship management analysis and enterprise performance analysis for engineering, automotive, utilities, real estate, and pharmaceutical firms.
“Capgemini also specifically targets the public sector in India.”
