Microsoft Australia has partnered Sitecore to deliver an e-commerce solution that helps retailers take customer engagement to the next level.
Sitecore will integrate its customer experience platform with Microsoft Dynamics omni-channel commerce capabilities which puts customers at the centre of every interaction.
Sitecore chief strategy officer, Darren Guarnaccia, said, in the increasingly competitive e-commerce landscape, retailers needed to make customer experiences seamless across every channel where they interact, and personally relevant whether they are in the store, or online.
“This joint solution will bridge the gap between in-store and digital experiences,” he said.
“Sitecore’s experience platform harnesses the power of real-time data insights to deliver a deep understanding of customers’ preferences, wants and needs.

Microsoft Business Solutions, corporate vice president, marketing, Wayne Morris, said the announcement extended the company’s strong partnership with Sitecore, based on more than 13 years of successful collaboration.
