Perth-based IT services provider, Ignia, has signed a partnership to become a Sitecore channel partner, and will add the vendor’s customer engagement platform to its solutions portfolio.
Ignia’s end-to-end digital practice has historically focused on web content management systems. The focus recently shifted to customer experience management to cater to clients which expect digital interactions to be deeply personalised with a degree of relevance, context, and immediacy.
The Sitecore platform will give Ignia’s arsenal what it claims is “an automated, flexible, and predictive” solution which combines web content management with customer intelligence.
“These days, marketers are focusing on delivering experiences that anticipate customer needs and accommodate customer online behaviours, which means ensuring a cohesive experience across multiple channels, including online, offline, mobile and social media,” Ignia director, Joshua Boys, said. “Sitecore will enable our clients to leverage content marketing and really drive community engagement.
For its next Sitecore project, Ignia will work with Breastscreen WA which is looking to redevelop its website to provide existing and potential clients with an up-to-date and functional website.
As part of the contract, Ignia will provide end-to-end services to Breastscreen WA, including information architecture, user interface design, graphic design, testing, and training services.
