The acquisition will extend the professional services company's Cloud-based technology capability and will see about 20 staff move to the Sydney office of Deloitte.
Deloitte managing partner Adam Powick said technology and digitalisation was driving a new competitive landscape that was challenging the status quo, while creating a range of opportunities for the innovative.
"This is one of three transactions in our technology practice that we have announced over the last five weeks and only highlights the increasing demand for cutting edge technology by both private and public sector organisations," he said.
“This transaction extends our Cloud based technology capability and gives us the opportunity to become one of the leading providers nationally across the Salesforce.com and Google platforms."
He said Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology was a key area for the company.
“This transaction will significantly strengthen our CRM technology design and implementation capability across a broad range of industries and private and public sector organisations, with Google and Salesforce, both considered leaders in providing innovative customer service applications," he said.
“It will enable us to take a more compelling end-to-end customer offering to the market by guiding our clients through the most effective implementation of these new technologies."
David Hill, national managing partner for Deloitte private, said the transaction sent a clear signal to the market that the firm is very serious about being right at the forefront of Cloud-based customer solutions and applications designed for the top end of town, government and middle market clients.
“The Cloud gives clients the ability to access their data from anywhere and at any time," he said.
"Such solutions also provide us with the opportunity to regularly connect with our clients and offer timely insights to create and deliver value.”
