Australian mobile Web designer, Local.Mobi, has entered a mutual reseller partnership with Dutch mobile app creation solutions provider, JMango, which will see the companies add each other’s products and services to their portfolios.
Local.Mobi is a mobile Web site content management platform which enables businesses to create a mobile Web site that works across all devices. Its capabilities will build on JMango’s app development platform, JMango 360, which is designed for the development of applications for iOS, Android, Windows Phone and Blackberry using a single code.
In commenting on the agreement, JMango chief executive officer (CEO), Ilan Oosting, said, “We have already covered native applications, so having a partner that does something similar to what we are doing but for the mobile Web will allow us to cover all facets of mobile.”
He claims the combination of the services will bring to market a comprehensive product catalogue capable of catering for the needs of most businesses.
“The debate between mobile Web apps and native apps has been raging for some time now, why not have both?” Local.Mobi owner, Ron Creevey, said. “Our partnership with JMango will bring the opportunity to enter into on both fronts, reachable for all businesses.”
