According to chief customer officer (CCO), Maryna Fewster, the ISP targets customers who want a broadband service and already have a traditional landline phone.
“It’s for customers who want a fast and reliable connection; they don’t need flashy add-ons or want to much around with different data packages,” Fewster said.
For $79 per month on a 24-month contract, customers receive an ADSL2+ broadband connection with unlimited data, alongside a Jiva wireless modem, and local and national landline calls. This is Jiva’s only product.
The service, which operates on the iiNetwork, is available to households with existing landlines.
Jiva does not do shaping, mobile service, Naked DSL, bundles, VoIP, email address, or landline installation.
The service also lacks 24x7 support, but promises staff availability from 8am to 8pm every day. Support staff transferred from iiNet’s customer service team.
