Technology solutions and services company, NEC Australia, has appointed Mark Williams as enterprise and government sales director, Peter Boyd as NSW state manager, and Graham Atwell as the head of its new professional services practice in NSW.
Having held a number of senior sales leadership roles at various IT and telecommunications companies, Williams will lead the newly-formed enterprise and government sales division, which will offer NEC’s complete range of solutions to large government and enterprise customers across Australia.
A particular focus will be on developing large managed service, infrastructure, systems integration and outsourcing opportunities.
With the intention of driving NEC’s business growth in the state, as state manager Peter Boyd will be responsible for all of NEC’s sales in NSW, excluding those handled by NEC’s reseller partners. With over 26 years’ experience, he joins NEC Australia from the ASG Group.
As the head of NEC’s professional services practices, Graham Atwell has been appointed to “launch, lead and grow” the new practice in NSW.
His focus will be on strengthening NEC’s existing customer base, as well as targeting new customers to provide ICT consulting services to companies requiring “specialist skill-sets to meet changing business needs.”
Prior to this role, Atwell managed his own IT recruitment business, specialising in IT security.
