IT services provider ASG Group (ASX: ASZ) has come out on top after a competitive tender process to land a master services agreement (MSA) with engineering and project services firm, Clough Limited (ASX: CLO).
It covers a comprehensive range of utility IT services, including cloud-based computing and a full ERP SaaS.
The multi-year agreement is expected to generate between $7 million to $9 million in revenue per year while delivering significant cost savings to Clough's business, according to ASG.
ASG managing director, Geoff Lewis, said it made a significant investment in cloud-based computing during the last few years.
"This partnership with Clough comes at a time when a number of large organisations, such as the Queensland government, are embracing the more efficient business outcomes of a comprehensive utility service,” Lewis said.
This latest deal is among $76 million in new multi-year agreements that ASG has concluded since June, including a five-year $11.3 million deal with the Department of Housing and a five-year $14.8 million contract with the Department of Education in Western Australia.
