Australian Cloud solutions provider and Salesforce platinum Cloud alliance partner, System Partners, has signed a Cloud partnership deal with customer experience management company, Thunderhead.com. As per the agreement, System Partners will offer Thunderhead.com’s SaaS solution, ONE Correspond, as part of its portfolio.
System Partners director, Peter Chalmers, said this will enable Salesforce users to produce on-brand, personalised communications directly within the Salesforce environment.
Chalmers claimed System Partners sought the partnership following the company’s success with its adoption of ONE Correspond for Salesforce.
“This is just the start of our journey with ONE Correspond. When we saw what Thunderhead.com had to offer, we knew it was miles ahead of the other solutions we've seen,” he said.
According to Chalmers, the ability to re-use standard content and the automatic insertion of data is already delivering significant time savings for System Partners.
He mentioned that the company issues an average of 50 statements per month and in the past, it took about an hour to create each statement, but Using ONE Correspond, enables the job to be completed within minutes.
“Its biggest benefit is that with just a little help in the initial set-up, clients can go on to easily create their own templates. It provides the tools clients need without locking them in or requiring them to seek development help in the future.”
