Software solutions provider, Cincom Systems, has introduced its Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) system ahead of Microsoft’s annual Australia Partner Conference (APC).
Cincom is a Microsoft Global Independent Software Vendor and major sponsor of the 2013 APC event taking place in North Queensland from August 20 to 22.
According to Cincom, its CIE is a hands-on system which allows users to re-enact real-life business scenarios within the Microsoft productivity suite based on function and role.
“The Microsoft CIE was launched at APC last year and we saw a real opportunity for our ISV solutions,” Cincom Australia country manager, Greg Mills, said.
“Cincom’s CIE builds on Microsoft’s CIE to let you run the controls and view Cincom’s technology working within the broader Microsoft ecosystem in the way that applies to your business.”
Configuration, quoting and pricing technology is built in to demonstrate that is possible to simplify the configuration of complex quotes, proposals, and products within the Microsoft environment.
Cincom functionality is accessed natively within Microsoft Dynamics CRM and AX.
