Leigh Howard has joined unified value distribution leader, WhiteGold Solutions, in the full-time role of commercial director after nearly two years as permanent, part-time strategic advisor to the company.
WhiteGold managing director, Dominic Whitehand, said, in a statement, WhiteGold Solutions, like all successful businesses, constantly reviewed its go-to-market strategy to ensure that it is optimising its value to vendor and channel partners, and maximising resources utilisation.
A critical component of this strategy is continual review of our existing staff levels and expertise, in all areas of the business, he said.
During his time with the company, Howard had shown signficant value to the organisation, according to Whitehand.
Howard said: “We seem to be almost in a vacuum in terms of our growth here [at WhiteGold Solutions] and our predictions for the next three to five years. It was a no brainer – this business is accelerating its growth so much and everything I’ve done in this business for the last two years has only convinced me more to be a full-time part of it.”
“I have not been so excited about coming to work full-time. And rather than thinking ‘oh I’m giving up my three-day a week part time role and losing all my other consultancy gigs to focus full-time on WhiteGold’, I woke up with a spring in my step this morning thinking I’m going to work on a Monday for the first time in two years.”

Sales director, Jonathan Odria, said Howard would continue to contribute to the sales, strategy and commercial direction of the business, as WhiteGold exited a record year of revenue growth, expansion and consolidation of its core business units, and faced further, intense growth trajectory metrics across existing and new business units moving into FY2013/14 and beyond.
"To say these are exciting times at WhiteGold would be an understatement,” Odria said.
