RecruitLoop chief executive officer (CEO), Michael Overell, said the move was made to “supercharge” growth by taking advantage of the opportunities provided by the US market.
“Recruitment is a competitive space, but we bring something unique – a platform that enables employers to select from a range of independent recruiters based on their industry experienced professionals, and only paying for the work being done to secure them top-shelf talent,” he said.
According to Overell, being nestled between the social media giants has served as a reminder that his company is playing in a “very big pond with some very big fish,” although he remains confident the RecruitLoop business model will enable it to become competitive.
RecruitLoop has a network of over 70 independent recruiters across Australia, New Zealand, Dubai, and the west coast of the US.
“We are very selective about the recruiters we sign up to the platform,” Overell said. “They must meet strict standards and be comfortable with the level of transparency built into the system.”
